Persephone Potions is a small herbal wellness business founded by Maya Solomon, a trained herbalist who creates handcrafted organic teas and body care products. Working from her garden in sunny Hawke’s Bay, Maya blends traditional knowledge with a deep respect for nature.

Maya's blends use gentle herbs to offer a delicious, soothing and unique experience. All sourced ingredients are certified organic and seasonal ingredients are responsibly foraged from local areas.

Herbs are dried in small batches, using the most simple and traditional methods, and processed by hand. Native NZ plants are blended with traditional black tea varieties and traditional European herbs to create synergistic combinations that support health and wellbeing.

Popular tea blends include options to support mood, digestion, sleep and immunity. Body care products like the healing herb balm are made with olive oil, beeswax and soothing herbs such as calendula, lavender, rosemary and sage.
